Got two days in Byron Bay with the family? Wondering how to make the most of your time here? We’ve got you covered with our ‘ultimate 48-hour itinerary’.

Day 1

7.30am: Greet the day with a dip
Day one in beautiful Byron Bay must begin with a dip in the pristine waters of Tallow Beach, located just 10 minutes walk from our Park. This is a spectacular way to energise and kick start your holiday.

9am: Stop by Spoke Café
Visit Spoke our onsite café for a delicious gourmet breakfast and aromatic barista made coffee.

11am: Ride to town
Get to town like the locals. Hire a bike from our reception before heading off on the easy 10 minute ride into Byron Bay town centre.

12pm: Classic fish and chips at the beach
You can’t beat tradition. Grab some delish fish and chips from Fishheads at Main Beach, go for a dive in the ocean and a let the kids play in Apex Park.

1.30pm: Go on a Go Sea Kayak Adventure
Enjoy a kayaking adventure with Go Sea Kayak and paddle around the bay! Booking a Kayak tour is too easy when you stay with us – we’ve got an onsite tour booking office!

4pm: An afternoon by the pool
Bike it back to Byron Holiday Park – it’s now time to retire to the pool with a book while the kids play.

6pm: BBQ time
Finish the day with a BBQ at the park, where you’re sure to meet fellow families on holiday.

Day 2

8am: Fresh eggs for breakfast
Wake up and go collect some freshly laid eggs from our very own chickens (available at reception but be quick – they are popular and go quickly) for breakfast. Cook up a family feast in the comfort of your cabin or use our well maintained camping kitchen.

10am: Turquoise blue waters
Slip into the turquoise waters of The Pass! Be sure to take a snorkel so you can spot the local marine life!

12.30pm Enjoy lunch at the iconic Top Pub
No trip to Byron is complete without lunch at the Beach Hotel or ‘Top Pub’ as the locals call it.

2pm: Explore Byron Bay’s shopping precinct
Byron is known for its great shopping. Take a walk through the CBD and browse what’s on offer. Our shopping picks are local brands Afends, Auguste The Label and Tiny People.

4pm: Relaxing Massage
Head back to Byron Holiday Park and let the kids explore our park while you indulge in a relaxing treatment at our onsite Wellness Centre Alchemy.

6pm: Dinner at 100 Mile Table Restaurant
Head across the road to the Golf Club to enjoy a superb dining experience at 100 Mile Table Restaurant, which offers a modern take on bistro dining with rolling golf greens as the backdrop.
